Great location to visit Stratford! Easy access / walking distance from the train station and do everything by foot.
Very comfortable bed.
Good value for the price.
Zesty flexible check-in/check-out
Above a pub, so quite noisy, don’t expect to sleep before pub closure.
Cleaning was borderline: would need a thorough cleaning (mold in shower, still some trash from previous visitors in some corners…)
Was able to get WiFi only in the corridor, not in the room.

Good location in the centre of town
Very unhappy that no breakfast was served. At the agreed time, the pub remained locked and in darkness. Despite ringing twice after 20 minutes I left having paid for - but had - no breakfast. The hotel so far has failed to show any courtesy in responding to two emails requesting a part refund for their failure to provide breakfast. Very disappointing and would not stay again.
