There is nothing you won’t love about this place. It’s in the middle of the jungle so you will be able to enjoy the sounds of the birds, monkeys and other animals. Vanessa (the owner) really takes care of you! The food is great and very healthy. You will be able to taste new fruits, vegan dishes and wonderful desert. Even if you are not a yoga person, you should really try a yoga lesson with Vanessa, especially recreational yoga. It’s a must! Now there is also a small pool so you will be able to enjoy the place even more!

There is nothing we didn’t like. The rooms are partly open (like a larger window without glass) so you will be able to connect with nature. We slept like babies. But we wanted to share that information in advance. Vanessa also offers various trips. In comparison to other hotels in the vicinity, those trips are bit expensive. If you are planning longer trips, it could be helpful for your budget to ask other operators as well.

Casa Amazonas is beautifully designed and decorated, has delicious food, professional yoga teaching and facilities and Vanessa and her staff are so welcoming and inspirational. The property is located on the Tambopata river surrounded by pristine jungle and native animals. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The whole place was created in the heart of the jungle preserving the nature and not interrupting the natural habitat. During your stay you can surely spot wildlife. Imagine waking up to the beautiful sounds of the jungle, hear the monkeys, birds on all other animals. The food was really amazing, so good and all natural, products from local farmers! So delicious! The staff are a group of locals who are extremely friendly and helpful! On the top of that, the owners are just amazing people, we have never met somebody with such a great attitude to life. We surely felt like home, even though we were in the middle of the jungle. Highly recommend!
