good location, about 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. Clean and fairly quiet. Shops at walking distance. Host was friendly and helpful.

Bed mattress was very hard and firm. However we could sleep ok. No coffee making facilities in the apartment, however there was a vending machine on the ground floor, offering the possibility to buy a coffee.

Fantastic location and excellent host. Couldn’t recommend Alexys more! Will certainly be booking again next time i’m in Iași.

The bed sheets were white and clean The bathroom was clean. Overall the apartment has a new feel and is minimalistic, although some more decorative and soundproofing elements would be nice. I'd recommend it for other travellers

The walls are thin and there could be more soundproofing elements because you can hear quite a few noises from the other apartments. We were lucky to have quiet neighbours. The rug from the living room wasn't vaccuumed properly. The mattress from the bedroom had a few lumps.
