Очень приветливый персонал и прекрасное расположение. Рядом лес, одна из трасс и 3 места для аренды снаряжения.
Вид из окна на густые заснеженные деревья и горы.
Номер не соответствовал тому, который указан в букинге.
Еда оставляет желать лучшего, выбора нет, плохой кофе.
Вода постоянно меняла температуру.
Неудобный матрас.
Очень жарко в номере, можно смело открывать окно и спать с ним всю ночь.
Уборка 1 раз в 2 дня, чай не обновляют, НО если попросить, то все принесут.
У держателя туалетной бумаги не было крышки, смеситель подтекал.

Everything! I love that you have a bidet! The spacious bar with billiards and chess are also nice! We enjoyed it! Plus the hotel was close to some restaurants and shops and even ski resorts making it accessible to your other needs. The food was also good and have options if you don’t eat pork..
The bidet wasn’t working in our room but they tried to fix it. But it wasn’t a problem. Our whole stay was all worth it!

Staff were friendly, helpful.
1. Not value for money. Overpriced for room size and overall hotel quality/location. Rooms are small. Location is away from the central, more active area of Bakuriani.
2. We stayed for two nights. No housekeeping was done for the entire duration.
3. Elevator is dangerous, doors close without warning and does not have sensors.

Super nice and friendly staff and a very good location just in front of the ski lift.
The lift wasn't working from time to time and the pillows were too firm and uncomfortable. Also the breakfast could be improved. However the staff was always ready to help.
