Colazione fantastica, staff molto gentile, stanze carine, letto fantastico. La bottiglia d'acqua in stanza fondamentale.
La pulizia della stanza seguiva regole misteriose: a volte passavano a volte no, mi lasciavano solo un asciugamano (ce ne erano due), in 10 giorni non hanno mai rifatto il letto...insomma, non ho mai capito come funzionasse.

New, modern hotel, spacious rooms, air conditioning, not a bad breakfast, excellent location.

The only problem is with the hotel staff here are the reasons:
1. In Booking the hotel states that there is a pool, but in reality there is no pool.
2. In Booking the hotel states that there is a jacuzzi, but in reality there is no jacuzzi.
3. We ordered food in the room service. They told us it would arrive in 25 minutes. After an hour, we understood they hadn't started cooking it yet and we canceled the order.
What's not good:

The front desk staff helped accommodate my request for room change, was polite and respectful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good
The drawer below the where the kettle stood had dirty silverware and bread crumbs in it. The bathroom curtain needs to be washed

Everything exceeded my expectations! The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the facilities were well maintained. Thanks to friendly and welcoming staff, my stay was incredible, everyone was always happy to help! I also appreciated the delicious breakfast with a great variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered outstanding experience and made my stay truly enjoyable.
Honestly, I had a wonderful experience and didn’t encounter any issues. Everything was amazing!
