Location and the view from the window. Location is close to a big ASDA Supermarket, only 5 minutes walk. The area is very quiet and safe.
I like the size of the room, the big table, and the chair, and that there are three toilets. Each floor has two rooms, and there are three floors, so you get complete silence. BONUS: THERE IS ROOF ACCESS WITH AMAZING VIEWS, AND IT COMES WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS. I LOVED IT!!!!!
That the WIFI was too slow. Also, the stove need working in it; it does not heat up much.

Good, affordable price and owner/host there to meet when I first arrived. Relatively clean & comfortable residence. Good heating. Good correspondence. Good lighting and there was a power extension.
There were a few cobwebs lurking. Shower was difficult enough to adjust and there was no ledge in the shower to set toiletry products. The resident across the hallway was desperately noisy and disruptive. Bed wasn't long enough for me, although was still comfortable.

La posizione, la camera accogliente, servizio telefonico a disposizione
Pulizie da rivedere, non viene fornito nulla se non un asciugamano, dei rotoli di carta igienica e del sapone per le mani, per il resto tutto accettabile
