Questo nuovissimo 3BR, 2. 5 bagni casa offre uno spazio aperto piano piano soggiorno al piano di sotto, completo con cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, soggiorno con TV a grande schermo, giochi da tavolo e un garage per 2 auto che funge anche da sala giochi! Al piano superiore ha una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e altre due camere da letto con un angolo letto per un quarto letto! 11 minuti per Benning e meno di 15 minuti per il centro. Animali benvenuti! Wifi e tanti giochi per l'intrattenimento. Viste meravigliose e quartiere sicuro!

Dopo aver ospitato oltre 2.000 ospiti in altre proprietà nei dintorni di Columbus e Fort Benning, ci siamo resi conto che mentre alcune persone amano le vecchie dimore storiche, altre preferiscono il comfort e la comodità di una casa moderna. Abbiamo collaborato con un costruttore per costruire 3 nuove case che soddisfino in modo specifico le esigenze che i nostri ospiti hanno condiviso con noi! Questo è il più grande ed è stato completato nel marzo 2019! Dispone di 4 ampie camere da letto al piano superiore e due bagni, tra cui una master suite. Splendida vista sulle montagne a Fort Benning! Al piano inferiore c'è un ampio soggiorno e cucina aperti. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi di zecca e la cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il soggiorno ha un grande schermo TV, divano e futon che può servire come un altro letto. Sala da pranzo separata, E UNA FANTASTICA GAME ROOM IN GARAGE!
Questo è un quartiere residenziale tranquillo e sicuro. La maggior parte di tutte le famiglie sono famiglie militari in corso o in pensione. Il quartiere è in realtà in cima a una cresta che si affaccia su parte dell'area di allenamento di Fort Benning. Così vicino puoi sentire i soldati che chiamano la cadenza al mattino.

Perfect location to attend any ceremony at Fort Moore. Quick drive to the gates to attend ceremonies, many attractions within a 15 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants.
The Patriot Family Homes property management team is very professional and all information was provided as promised with continued communication during and after the stay.

Perfect for our family weekend getaway. More than enough space for our family of 4. Could easily accommodate 2 small families or a larger family. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and proximity to activities.

Property location was great as well as check in. Management Company needs to work on organization and client service.
Was contacted if HVAC tech could come at noon for maintenance. I agreed. We waited until 2 and no one came so went to base. Upon return, there was a truck in drive and a couple techs with another man who represented management company. AC was off and we were told it would be several hours to repair and turn back on ac - there was nothing wrong with ac when we left.
I attempted to engage property manager in conversation and he ignored me and then said I was drunk. No drinking had taken place - he was offensive. I called office and they sent someone else out but they only stated they would buy some window units until air back up. Stated they had been waiting for part and just came in. This caused our family cookout and swim party to be pushed back for several hours as no window units materialized
Representative then stated would be bringing by gift basket next day to make up for inconvenience. I stated wasn’t necessary but Cassandra wanted to

This property has more room than the pictures give it credit. We had 7 adults and a 2 year old, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and perfectly located close to Fort Benning just like we wanted.
I had read about the garage being a game room in the reviews (but not the listing), so I was a little disappointed BUT that was my own misunderstanding. The garage is now being used for storage and not accessible. The yard and weather were so nice that we spent most of our time outside anyway.
We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place…. Great size for our family. We were there for a Ft Benning graduation. Close to everything we needed. Property owner went above and beyond. Would book again if we need to stay in the area.

We went to our sons turning green ceremony and wanted to have some extra space to hang out. The house was a manageable distance from ft Benning and was spacious for all 6 of us. We liked being able to be outside too.

Hot house! Washer didn’t work!
When enter the home it was so hot! It took about 24 hours and a Ac man to come out for it to cool off!
There was a roach in the living room floor by the front door.
There was also one up stairs in the nuck room area fell in the bed with my kids.
The washer would work!
That’s the main reason of renting the house is for the washer! There was only 6 towels in the house 3-4 wash rags! But yet the house sleep up to 10 people?
Dishes was greasy and nasty!
All the walls needs to be painted and the carpet is so nasty with stains everywhere!
When walking up the stairs the wall moves! The master room smells like pee!
The kids has bug bites! I have saw so many bug in this house.
The door wouldn’t lock on numerous then one occasion!
Bed are hard!

Great place close to Fort Benning
We had a great time at this VRBO. We were there for Turning Green Family Weekend. It was easy to get to base, we felt safe, place was clean, we could cook our own meals, and spread out for comfort.

Our family had a great time visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Benning! This home was clean, comfortable, and convienient. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definately be back next time we are in town!

Nice short getaway.
This property worked out great to see my son who is stationed at Fort Benning. It was nice to have a house instead of a hotel to make everyone feel at home. The house is a newer build and was clean.

You can also hear the field training exercises being held around Sand Hill. Accommodations in the home are comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed with new cookware and utensils. We were able to bring our food for Thanksgiving dinner with us and without improvisation prepare and cook dinner. We played a lot of ping pong in the garage which was a lot of fun. Not sure we will be back to Ft. Benning again in the near future but this property will be at the top of our list if we do go back.

House was listed as having “4 spacious bedrooms”. The three actual bedrooms were nice but the 4th “bedroom” is a twin sized bed and trundle in the hallway at the top of the stairs. It made things uncomfortable seeing as my adult daughters had no privacy. You need to correct the listing to be fair to patrons. Otherwise it is a nice house with a great view from the back patio

THE place to stay in Columbus
We had another great stay in Columbus - this time for Army Airborne graduation. The cleaning crew had missed our house but our property manager, Erika, was very responsive and we got it all sorted out quickly. The house is great - well maintained, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plenty of seating in the dining/kitchen area, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with TV/cable, upstairs washer and dryer, 2 zone heat/AC, and a nice sitting/sleeping alcove in the second floor hall area. The garage has game tables - perfect for kids of all ages. Located 5 minutes from the Ft Benning main gate and convenient to literally everything. The neighborhood is lovely - on our last visit we stayed in the house 3 doors down which is owned by the same company. For the same price of a hotel room you get a much better experience staying in a clean and comfortable home. We’ll be back!

Going to the National Guard Museum is a must and its free. Also, go to the Black Cow restaurant. You won't be disappointed. The house was very clean and comfortable. Definitely if I have to come back to Georgia, I will choose the same place. Very clean, the rooms were huge with private bathroom, and the washing machines, etc. I feel like I was in my own house. Lovely the house, the neighborhood very secure etc. Definitely I recommend it to anyone in need of a place.
