Behavior of the staffs is good. The hotel does not charge for pre booking from the booking.com website. Anyone can check in before the timing of that day. Check in and check out time is exact same time of next day. I checked in at 5 AM in the hotel. They are available every time for receiving your call.
There is only one small window. So the room becomes very hot. The room is on the ground floor. But the humidity increases at night. The toilet is outside the room. So it can be used by others. So anyone needs to lock the toilet every time.
One more thing they charge extra money for giving food service in the room(price is more than menu card).
