Pros: • A well-equipped apartment with a functional kitchen, washing machine, and almost everything needed for a longer stay. • There were basic amenities such as sugar and salt, likely left by previous guests, which was a nice bonus. • Excellent location: close to two different metro lines, tram and bus stops, and only about 30 metres from Lidl. • The door access system is modern and convenient once you understand how it works, although it can be a bit confusing at first. • Fast answers via booking and easy to follow instructions. Overall, the apartment is in a good location, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping need significant improvement. Addressing these issues would make it a much better place to stay.

Cons: • The apartment was not very clean upon arrival. • There were a lot of ants in the apartment. • Dirty laundry and used towels had been left stuffed into the first wardrobe in the hallway. • The spare duvets stored in the bedroom wardrobe had visible menstrual stains on them, which was very unpleasant. • Some electrical sockets were broken and held together with duct tape, which isn’t very safe. • The toilet continuously runs after flushing, and the bathroom sink has to be left in a specific position to stop the water from running. • Only one small (50 ml) bottle of shower gel and one and a half rolls of toilet paper were provided. We ended up buying kitchen paper towels and shower gel and left them in the apartment. • The mosquito screens on the windows are broken, so I’d recommend buying mosquito repellent from the nearby Lidl. • The washing machine works, but it’s quite old and doesn’t drain properly, leaving clothes very damp. No laundry detergent was provided either, although Lidl sells it for around €3.

it was at the top floor and had a beautiful balcony. It has air conditioning which was great because it was very hot those days. Valentina, how delivered the keys was great! super accessible and helpful and always available for all our questions and needs

the debs are not comfortable, the mattress is really thin. The sofa bed was awful, the cushions are set to be a bed but they were so thin that those and nothing are the same. didn’t rest at all and woke up with back pain. it is pretty far from the closest metro station, like 20min walk. It is an old building, I loved the elevators though, but definitely they should remodel the apartment
