Questa unità è stato completamente ristrutturato nel luglio 2010 dopo abbiamo acquistato. C'è pavimenti in ceramica e persiane in tutto. First trip to Isle of Palms and we loved it. Condo was nicely furnished and owner and manager were helpful and very quick to respond to us.

Perfect place in perfect location with amazing views. This property is walkable to restaurants with weekend music concerts right next door (over by 10pm). Easy to get to Sullivans island.

Clean, spacious and comfortable, this property was perfect for my husband, niece and I. Although our time spent here during the day was limited due to our sightseeing activities, it was a great place to relax in the evenings. Since we prefer to eat out while on vacation, the kitchen was basically wasted on us, but the cabinets were full of cookware, tableware and utensils. For the early riser, I recommend spending time viewing the night sky and the sunrise from the balcony. We loved our time here and wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

This condo is beautiful and is in the perfect location in Ocean of Palms. The view of the ocean is amazing and the condo is just a short walk to the water. The beds are super comfortable and having 3 bathrooms is ideal.....We loved the beach theme decor!
The management company is very easy to deal with and always responded promptly. We were very happy with our stay!

6 women...loved the 3 bathrooms! Great location, beautiful condo. Would definitely stay again! A few suggestions ...better lighting on the patio and a fan in the corner by the outside table would be nice. Also, a box of tissues would have been helpful. And...better explanation as to where the outside garbage bins were located.

We really loved this unit. The location was perfect and so convenient. We enjoyed watching the concerts next door from the balcony. Unit had everything we needed and was clean. The freezer and Direct TV were a little temperamental but the management company got them working right away. Great communication from them. The only downside was the parking situation for this unit. We have a small SUV and couldn't park in the spot underneath due to the wall and car in the spot next door and the outdoor space was often taken by other cars. This was the only downside and I would definitely rent this unit or in the building again.

The condo building as a whole is a place we’ve stayed at several times. This unit had all the pros that the building does in terms of location, beach access, pool, etc.

We had the best time at this condo, the location is amazing. Close to everything. The view out to the ocean was so beautiful and I miss waking to that each morning. Inside it was also clean and welcoming. Plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ grill too. We met so many wonderful people who were also staying at this building. We will definitely be back soon, The Crossed Family

My only criticism is a lack of reading lamps in the living room...there is only 1.....which is fine for ebooks, but not so great for hardbacks at night

This is a lovely condo and property. The only negative to the entire experience was the Windjammer property next door. There is loud music each day in a tent pavilion. It begins in the afternoon with the band set up and sound checks. The performance begins around 6:30 and ends by 10:00. However, the party moves indoors and the vibrations of the music can be heard in two of the three bedrooms. I didn't find it annoying, but other members of the family did. This is the only negative. Everything else was lovely.

Visitors are correct about the sliding door. Very hard to open and close. We have a door at home just like this on rollers. It would be very easy yo adjust with the correct size hex wrench. Unfortunately my daughter had 2 and neither fit. The place is beautiful. The other issue was ice maker did not work. We called right away and repair guy said we he had to order parts. Coffee table a little wobbly so we were careful not to move it. Everything else was wonderful. I would definitely go back again!

My three sisters and I took my Mother for her 93rd birthday. All we did was eat, watch TV and look at the ocean. She said when she got there "I could live here".

Although the condo is in a perfect location near the restaurants and bars ( if that’s what you want), the view is outstanding , and the condo is decorated nicely , if you have any back issues you may want to reconsider this unit. The beds are all the same with a very soft and deep pillow top to the mattress limiting support of the back. By the end of the trip , my back was very sore. In addition, I could not use the jetted tub because there was a note stating they were not working.
Otherwise, the remainder of the condo is outstanding for its view, location and amenities. If you like a soft, pillow top mattress then you’ll love it. But if you have any need for a medium firm mattress ( like most hotels who have researched what people want) then I would strongly suggest you choose another place. iMO, It would have been nice to have had a choice of mattress types.

If early "quiet" before 10:00 is a requirement, may not be the best location, but it was not a concern for us (2 of 3 bedrooms) could not hear music from rest/bar next door. Very nice location, experience and responsive property management.

It was very clean and well stocked. Great location with many restaurants close by. Easy trip into Charleston.

Condo was everything we expected & more. Plenty of space. Loved the gated grounds and parking. Clean kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped.

PS. Only negative mark is wifi password...WE ARE (PennState) would suit us much better. HaHaha.

We enjoyed Eric’s Condo so very much!!! Enjoying morning coffee, watching the sunrise and the gentle ocean waves was worth waking up early for! The condo is spacious and furnished so well, including nice thick bath towels and cozy/soft bed linens. Everything you could ask for was easy to get to via walking, biking or a quick car ride away! Excellent exterior maintenance was noted in the elevator, stairwell, parking lot and pool. All communications with the host prior to and during our stay were addressed right away.

Had a wonderful trip at IOP and enjoyed this condo. Pictures are accurate and the space/layout was very nice. As others have noted, it is right next to the Windjammer, but we actually wanted to be able to see the concerts. They are typically on Fri, Sat, Sun and are done by 9:30 due to the noise ordinance. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops which was very convenient and fun. Two notes that may help others in the future. While the pool met our needs (we have older kids who were pretty chill in the smaller pool), there isn't really any shade at the pool. We would have loved to have an umbrella or other spot to give us a little shade in the hot afternoons. Also, there are 2 parking spots, but one is very tight to get in/out of. If you have 2 large vehicles, it would be a challenge. We just used the outdoor spot. We're looking forward to coming back and hope to reserve this condo again! Overall, I'd totally recommend.

Great location and property
We really enjoyed our trip and the location of this condo! It’s a perfect location for beach access and easy to get to the surrounding cities. We liked that it’s a gated area and makes you feel more secure. It was a little loud our last night with the concert next door and even though the concert ended around 9 the noise continued until midnight or so.. We were a little surprised with it wasn’t cleaner since it is cleaned weekly. Really just needs a good deep cleaning. The back sliding door was very difficult to open and close so we began using the master slider more. Overall it’s a great place to stay and worth it for the location, pool, and views of the ocean.
