Great location,close to bus station 5min walk
Close to port, 10 mins
Easy reach to restaurants and beaches. accommodation and excellent service from host and family nothing was to much trouble
Nothing to dislike we had an excellent time
Would definitely go back if a visit to Naxos was on the cards

Room with a functioning mini-kitchen and a small balcony
No reception at the premise, so communication is done by emails/phones/whatsapp, so response may not be immediate if you have something urgent.

Tbe host gave me some jars of her tasty carrot jam. I also loved my room's little covered terrace or balcony with the table and chairs where I had my breakfast every morning. The terrace's French doors and shutters allowed for privacy and air circulation when I closed the shutters and left the doors open and I had nice light when I opened the shutters and closed the French doors. An inconspicuous clothesline on the terrace was very handy for the little bit of hand-wasbed laundry I did during my stay.

The place was very nice and the owner extremely kind. We arrived way before check-in time and were allowed to leave our things in the room that was currently being cleaned. The location is very close to the centre and the balcony looking to the sea very nice.
The street noise is a bit loud at night, but not an issue when the balcony door is closed.

The only 'not good' thing was the close main road to the port witch made the great view to the strong see a bit less.

La Fontana is very well situated in the Chora of Naxos, just a few minutes walk on the flat from where the ferries dock and the bus station, with a supermarket close by. The owners were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and had a balcony for sitting and breakfasting outside. I enjoyed the homemade marmalade provided to supplement my self-catering breakfast. A good address to note for future visits.

The host is the best home made Raki and jams as gifts, and the beach front views from terrace.
A bit noisey at night with a bus or two. But otherwise nothing here.

The room was spacious, near by port and city center and bus station to go all over island. Mini market near. The owner and workers very helpful and friendly

easy walking access to bus stop, Orthodox cathedral, old market and port. ocean- view ( of Grotto beach) balcony.

Great value for money. Basic (as the cost would suggest) but very clean and quaint, and only steps away from Grotta beach, the main port, the Portara temple, and the Kastro old town. We were given a sea view room and loved waking up to the sound of waves in the morning. The homemade gifts of jam (we got three!) and raki were lovely; the owners and staff are exceptionally friendly. AC was strong.

The property owners were lovely and provided nice touches like a bottle of raki and homemade apricot jam. The balcony looked out onto the sea and we could hear the sound of the sea all night. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The space was compact and the kitchen facility limited given the limited space. This was more than made up for by the location and warmth of the owners.

Very welcoming and warm host. We arrived pretty late due to the delayin ferry but he did not have issues. Rang the door bell and he quickly showed us to our room.
He gave us a homemade apricot marmalade and a bottle of Raki. Super nice touch.
The room is very clean.
