Easy check in, fantastic facilities and perfect for our short stay in Noosa! Mike explained all the check in process with ease, we had our own car port and the room was in a lovely location overlooking the pools. Will recommend and stay again!

Dirty rug , could not turn the air conditioner ( above the bed) on , because the filter has not been cleaned, when on black stuff was in the opening and it smelled like mold. Difficult with the double digital key system .. .. it took me twenty minutes and taking to the host to get me in my flat , and the code had changed on me - the owner made me feel like I was an idiot , that forgot the code . Don‘t like having the wifi box near my head . Bathroom doorstop needs cleaning .

The location was great, the unit was lovely and quiet big and the pools were beautiful

Loved the location, the facilities, the accommodation, close to the Ferry, the Mariner, Tewantin Village, beautiful Restaurant, it was wonderful!

The keyless entries were not user friendly!

Car parking is a bit tight, not great for larger vehicles.

Firstly, we hope our review will be acknowledged by booking.com and Noosaholidayaccommodation as we feel there has been misleading advertising but at the time of us booking our room online, we were under the impression that we were booking a 1-bedroom Apartment. Our booking confirmation from booking.com states `Apartment' and `1 bedroom'. We tried to contact booking.com about this to no avail, and even after sending our feedback to them via their `contact us' tab we have not had a response apart from an automated computer generated one. So instead of a 1-bedroom Apartment our room was a Studio unit. We booked for 10 nights, there is no way we would have deliberately booked into a Studio for 10 nights. Especially a studio that does not have more than a toaster and microwave. Noosaholidayaccommodation website states a studio unit has. * Electric Fry pan ...... Ours did not. * Alarm clock ........ Ours did not. * Queen size bed...... ?? ours looked and felt like a Double ?? The limited cutlery and utensils etc supplied in the Unit were old, mismatched and random. We were also very disappointed in the standard of the general appearance, and cleanliness of our Accommodation. The shelf (not a cupboard) where the crockery is had quite a bit of dust on it so had not been wiped down. Also, there were crumbs in between 2 plates when we went to use them for the 1st time. The toaster tray had toast crumbs on it. We understand that asking guests to wash and dry and put away their own dishes etc is a common courtesy but are these not checked by staff?? The shower framing had a huge build-up of mould and dust etc. Mould on ceiling . Decor is outdated and could do with a freshen up. Also, we were in this unit for 10 days and not even received fresh towels. We sent an email to Noosaholidayaccommodation after no response from booking.com about our concerns but have not had a response from them either. There is no provision to leave feedback or review... speaks for...

There was very little to like about the place. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean

The unit was in need of a good clean . The carpet and lounge/ futon smelt, we couldn't sit on the balcony as the furniture was filthy. Kitchen facilities limited.. The cockroach baits in the kitchen cupboard and bathroom are an indication of the lack of cleanliness. People should be made aware that the unit is in Tewantin not Noosaville. Noosaville is a good 20 min walk away. The property is not part of the Resort Complex it is a privately owned and managed by the owner. We spent 2 nights at the property before moving to another unit in Noosa as we were unable to accept the conditions.
