The hotel was comfortable and clean .It had an excellent sauna and a good breakfast which was included in the price .
Could not comprehend why it needed to close down as an aged care facility and be converted to a hotel. It would have been perfect as the former .

The staff very kind. Breakfast was prepared even if not included.

This was my second time staying here for a business trip, and once again, I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it is after coming back late from work. The customer service remains top-notch, just like during my first stay.
What made this visit truly special was that there were a lot of Spanish guests around, which created a very welcoming atmosphere and made me feel right at home!
There were a couple of downsides this time around. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor on certain days, which is a bit frustrating for a business trip. Also, despite staying for a week and a half, my room was only cleaned once.
