On a adoré! Excellent service avec des chambres confortables, location de scoot sur place, très bon restau, belle piscine pour la fin de la journée, et possibilité de réserver des activités et le bateau de retour sur Bali. A 7 minutes à pied de Crystal Bay beach pour voir le coucher de soleil. Nous sommes allés à Manta Point avec eux et c’était magique!
Je vois plein de commentaires qui se plaignent de ne pas avoir eu de l’eau chaude mais j’imagine que ça a été réglé car on en a eu à chaque douche. On recommande fortement !

The property was remote and the roads too dangerous to ride a scooter.. Very busy and very narrow!

-Staff were friendly, relatively quick to your concerns or problems.
-Easy access to crystal bay beach
-Easy to book transfers through the hotel
-Location wasn’t great, felt very secluded. No restaurants, shops and amenities near by.
-The footpaths and roads aren’t developed at all, which makes it difficult to access different parts of the island, especially if you get car sick. Be careful if you rent a scooter as there are allot of accidents.
-The hotel was under going maintenance when we arrived which wasn’t briefed, we accidentally both stood in wet concrete, as there was no signs to implicate the work.
-The cleanliness of the room was poor, a variety of bugs were getting in the room through gaps in the ceiling, which kept us awake throughout both nights.
-Restaurant was okay, serving basic food. As there is no restaurants near by, gives you no choice but to eat there - which I unfortunately got sick from.
-Pool was okay but very warm not very maintained.
-The transports to and from different locations were very over priced for the experience.
Overall me and my partner did not have a great experience in this hotel or the location, which left us a sour taste about Nusa Penida island in general. As keen travellers we have experienced a lot better for what Indonesia as a whole has to offer. This is a very rare occasion a bad review is left from me and my partner but we have gone away feeling a little bit robbed of money for our stay.

Incredible staff, a delightful breakfast, and a lovely pool made my one-month journey memorable. The mattress was the highlight of my stay. Walk distance to Cristal Bay.

Die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe hat uns gefallen!
Das Frühstück war relativ bescheiden. Wegen einer 2. Tasse kostenlosen Kaffee mußte man diskutieren, hat ihn dann aber doch bekommen.

La cama era cómoda. Teniendo en cuenta que en Nusa Penida todo está lejos, es una buena ubicación para ir a las principales playas.
No llegaba el wifi a la habitación, en el lugar no hay cobertura, nos encontramos un poco incomunicados. Quisimos alquilar una moto y nos costó bastante ya que en el hotel no podían confirmar si la moto estaba disponible para el día siguiente porque el dueño la estaba utilizando. Finalmente nos entregaron la moto sin apenas gasolina y le faltaba un retrovisor. No hay muchas opciones para comer cerca del hotel, por lo que acabas comiendo en el mismo.

La cercanía a la playa y la facilidad para el alquiler de moto y trips. La comida estaba buena y bien de precio. El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba muy bien y la cama era cómoda. El personal amable. La parte de jardín con la piscina era bastante chula y cumplía.
Nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía con las fotos. Es más, todas las fotos de booking no corresponden con el hotel. El hotel está hecho POLVO, el techo estaba lleno de telarañas, había un montón de hormigas, de arañas y de lagartijas. La ducha… horror. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba llenísima de cal que no siguiera salía agua. La manguera del wc me daba hasta asco cogerla con la mano. Las cortinas de la habitación no quitan nada la luz y te pueden ver desde fuera. El agua huele mal. La piscina estaba sucia y llena de bichitos en la superficie. La verdad es que estoy bastante decepcionada con este hotel… en las fotos pintaba muchísimo mejor… una pena.

5 minute walk to crystal bay beach.
30 min by car to the main tourist locations (Klingking, Angels Billabong, Broken Beach)

We really enjoyed how clean this stay was, the AC worked really great, and they always came in to change the sheets and give us clean towels. The food they offered was also great, the ice coffee and their juices were awesome. It was also good walking distance from Crystal bay beach.
The water coming out of the shower smelled a little fishy. Also we booked some appointments with the spa near by and one of the spa ladies was very sick and coughing while giving massages, which made us uncomfortable.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful; we had a scooter accident and they provided some basic first aid equipment and were very fair regarding the charges for scooter damage, plus accommodated some slightly odd requests of mine (ex: I asked the kitchen for a bowl and salt so I could make a saline soak for some cuts!)
The room didn't have bedside lamps, so you needed to use the bight overhead ones if you wanted any light while reading or in bed. The pillows were actually too thick and no options for thinner pillows. And the road to the hotel is terrible! (not the hotel's fault of course, and I think it's under construction to be improved?) But the rough road causes some taxi's to be more expensive, and is a factor to why we crashed our scooter!

The Bungalow was a bike ride away from the Beach, walking would also be fine.
The Breakfast was very basic. We had to find other restaurants to get some good lunch. Not such a huge variety, because it's the remote part of Nusa Penida. But we loved the quiet and it was wonderful to be away from the crowds that visited the beach to see the sunset.
The sunset at the beach was beautiful, and the morning walk on the beach was lovely before the crowds arrived.
We also enjoyed walking through the village and the coconut forest.
The crowds on the beach and at the warung on the beach that was just insane.

Das Hotel liegt zu Fuß 10 Minuten vom Crystal Bay entfernt und ist eine schöne kleine Anlage.
Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr umfangreich. Das Mittag und Abendessen, was sehr lecker.
Die letzten 500 Meter der Zufahrt zum Hotel sind auf einer unbefestigten Straße zum Teil durch ein ausgetrocknetes Flussbett, was etwas abenteuerlich ist. Daher ist eine Fahrt mit dem Roller auf der Zufahrt nur für geübte Fahrer geeignet. Generell kann man drumherum nicht viel machen und benötigt entweder ein Taxi oder Roller, um die Insel zu erkunden.

It was a quiet place close to Crystal Bay Beach, no mosquitoes or insects. The staff was friendly.
The room lock was not working. The jet spray of pot was way too strong. The shower wasn't working properly either and the location is a little secluded and not good to travel around the island and reach the other locations.

The best part was beyond the imagination cooperation from the staff. Food was fantastic and the nearness to crystal beach was an added advantage. Lush green atmosphere was mesmerising.

i felt staff is careless which is unusual for Indenesian hospitality.
room had nothing,literally no toiletries, no hairdryer, no tea/coffee.

The suite we had was beautiful. Loved how it was down a beaten track and not far from the beach.
With everyone burning their rubbish it would have been nice to be able to close the bathroom window. Just had to remember to close bathroom door to keep smoke out of the bedroom.

The hygiene in the kitchen was horrible, you'd better not look there. The pool was dirty, the room was smelly, there was no room mosquito repellent, there is a TV, which has no programs on it, the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. We had problems locking the room, so they needed to fix the lock.
The breakfast had poor choice and to top this arranging the tours with them wasn't the best experience. Our driver to the port was 40 minutes late and we barely made it to the ferry. I was mislead that I could do manta trip, while the day before, they told me the captain will not be working, if I'd known I would have made it another day, but it was too late.

I sent a message that we were on our honeymoon and they prepared the room beautifully. Thank you very much. Food is also really good. Room was clean but it has a mould smell.

The guy at check in helped change money for us even at lower rate but it was okay for us.
They made a mistake trying to charge us for 2 beer and fruits we didn’t order! Knowing that we checked in late and went out for dinner quickly after, and knowing that the bar hotel bar closes at 10 pm we ordered water just to guarantee when we come back we had water :) And that was it. At check out they asked to pay for 2 beer+ fruits that we didn’t order, and they made us wait, the woman wasn’t welcoming with her attitude and we left without apologies!
Pool filter was off at the morning, we didnt swim.
Pool lights were off at night, aswell as filter.
