Gästehaus Alpinia

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Äußerst ruhig, trotz offenem Fenster war nichts zu hören. Angenehme Zimmergröße. Zuvorkommende Bedienung beim Frühstück.

Delicious and plentiful breakfast menu Very personable and friendly staff

Shower very slippery floor and nothing to hold on to. No escalator . Difficult to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs

Very clean

Lots of stairs

The room was a really good size and nice and comfortable.

The checkout process was awful. Online checkout asked me to pay but wouldn’t let me checkout. Using the kiosk in reception didn’t work as it said I had to pay - despite having paid and the system seemed to think I’d paid twice. Asking a member of staff if he could help, he pointed me to the phone number for assistance - they spoke barely any English and I speak barely any German. I asked the member of staff if he would help and he told me he wasn’t my slave and maybe he would help if my mood improved!!! I had somewhere to get to and no time to waste trying to get broken systems to work and was clearly getting stressed not wanting to leave if things still needed sorting.
