Hera Hotel

It was very convenient, very easy to get a taxi from the train station. Lots of restaurants just down the street and a seven eleven not far away either.

my bidet did not work, and I was looking forward to that. there was no chair initially to sit at the computers, I had to ask for a chair.

Well located close to the railway and busstation. Comfortable rooms with good facilities. Typical Korean style hotel with (almost) no English description available. And that’s ok but be prepared 😎

Needs update and better cleaning crew

Very close to Dongdaegu train station. I was catching a 5.30am train, so this helped a lot! Room was spacious, and towels were provided abundantly.

The hotel has preserved some hallmarks of being a love hotel. The room had one layer of blanket (I would have expected thicker ones). The decor was full of innuendo and brought one into a mood unrelated to getting some sleep in. The neighbourhood it was in felt sparse; to get to the main nightlife spots, it was necessary to go across Dongdaegu and Shinsegae department store to get to the street where the barbecue restaurants are. Dongdaegu train station itself has many good cafes and restaurants.
