Very nice host. Breakfast was good. Fresh milk available.
Furnishings were dated. Significant dust in bathroom-fan, toilet roll holder, skirtings and on curtain between the two rooms.

Exceptional clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.
Felt very comfortable.
Not keen on polyester duvet cover but this is personal preference however all fresh and clean.

Perfect location. Room was very spacious. We took our pooch Mabel who loved her walks along the Canal Path, 5min walk from accommodation. Angela was the perfect host who serves the best breakfast!
Nothing not to like!

Angela was warm and welcoming. A down to earth host who did everything to make us feel at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and expansive. Would definitely book again in the future. Quiet little garden to relax in also. There was even a chocolate on our pillows.
