Clean, comfortable and tasteful. Pleasant walk from station to the apartment building.
Liked clear check in details including Wifi password on sheet.
All fine

Location was safe and convenient. Checkin / checkout was convenient. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well. Kitchen had free Nespresso coffee pods.
Sink was clogged and almost overflowed. Some of the furniture was scratched and broken. Bathroom didn't have space to keep toiletries. Owners were not very responsive when we asked to get a free Geneva Transport Card, which resulted in us having to pay for our travel from the airport to the city. Owners never responded to our request about a possible early checkin.

It was summer time, there could be an additional pedestal fan in the kitchen area

Location is not bad
normally all swiss hotels give free travel card but they didn't give us free travel card even though we asked for it, also no washing machine and climat at home
