Clean and nice room.

The breakfast was not super great and the location of the hotel is not amazing.

The room was comfortable and the hotel location was great too!

The WiFi was down all through my stay due to the kite celebrations but one of the hotel staff ensured I had another free incentive during my stay. That demonstrated great customer service!

The rooms are quite clean for the Indian standard. For an European standpoint it is average.

Good location

One of the room was tooo small to accommodate 2 adults.

Though breakfast not included in package, we had breakfast in our room & found OK. Facilities exceeded our expectations

While checking reception counter's respond was not satisfactory. I had received the text from hotel on expected arrival time which was responded immediately. However no confirmation / response to my respond on arrival time. It was assumed that I had informed my check in time through text it is acceptable to them. However, after reaching hotel reception responded stating check in time as 11.00. If they would have responded to my text on arrival time, I would have saved my time waiting at reception.

The room was immaculately clean and the furniture reasonably new. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom also clean, though hot water a little variable

The breakfast ..there is not adequate food for breakfast.. No toast bread Only Indian food If a stranger from abroad come to stay in this hotel he can't take these dish as they are indian food which served which are really spicy..
