Perfect for families and groups of friends.
Value for money and the rest of the team are very accommodating.

The room was very spacious and the one we booked had some problems with the toilet, so the staff upgraded to a bigger room, which was very nice and big.
We also loved that we were able to cook our own food and eat in the apartment.
There was a cleaning charge of GEL 70, which I found very high and after the first day the room wasn't cleaned until after we left. I felt it was very unfair.
Due to the lack of ac in the bedrooms and no ventilation, we felt very hot at night.

Location, functionality, everything was working, super washing machine, complete inventory.
Window did not close in the master bedroom, which made it impossible to sleep due to the noise and the cold. It was fixed the next day.
We were not given a key to the ski depot so we had to store ski gear for 6 people in the shower.
Lady was 30min late for hand over of the apartment.
We were promised a set top box to watch TV, but did not get it.
Floor was dirty on arrival.
