I didnt sleep well at night since it was very noisy at the lobby, elevator, and someone is opening my door. I slept on the first floor near the elevator.

The Sudanese receptionist was a little arrogant and didn’t cooperate with us when we asked for for another room because the room he showed us was in the ground floor next to the elevator and was noisy but the other receptionist girls were so friendly and helpful

Loud noise from hotel staff and hotel maintenance from midnight to 3 AM. Couldn't sleep for several nights because of loud noises and maintenance noise that doesn't take in consideration that guests are sleeping.
