Location was great, the room was clean. The host service was great and very helpful. We even managed to request a late checkout for a fee.
The room was cleaned and modern.
The ac and fan worked well.
There was a balcony.
The mini fridge in the room did not work but there was a communal fridge that you could use.
The spa was not available and also costs an additional fee.
The breakfast was not at the building, it was a 5 minute walk to a cafe. The cafe was good,. But this was not clear in the booking.
Having said all this, I would stay here again

With being advertised as a Bed & breakfast - a breakfast would have been nice as opposed to a voucher for one coffee & one croissant at a local cafe. The owner was very helpful and the room was spacious with a small terrace.
As advertised it was a B&B and Spa however no mention that it was an extra 80 euros to use the spa

it was in the middle of the city, super communication with stuff
the wlan wasn’t working, the rooms are super small for 130 euros. it was clean but cleaned with a oily soap or something.

"La struttura è molto bella, purtroppo manca l’ascensore ma le rampe di scale sono comode, è dotata di ogni comfort e le stanze sono accoglienti e ben arredate."
