View from bedroom window beautiful

Location in heart of historic village, enjoyed walks around the harbour and village and views as we climbed up the hill to go further. Cottage was characterful. Well equipped kitchen, good shower. Bedding nice. Pictures of the old village around set the cottage in context. Host contacted us promptly with useful info.

Well situated just along the road from shop and pubs. Beds super comfy. Some reviews mentioned it was cold but we found it perfect and heating worked effectively. Kitchen well equipped for a full English each morning. Can stream from the TV to watch films on an evening. Towels included which we hadn’t realised which was a bonus - saves some packing in future.
Overall very clean on all essential areas but bathroom could do with a deep clean soon - especially tiles and towel rail. Know it’s challenging in turnover time but does need attention.

Great central location.
The cleanliness let the property down, smell of stale urine from downstairs bathroom as soon as you step into the house and all the downstairs floors felt sticky.
