The location
The inside of the house. All the furniture, decoration and toillet is too old and the house itself deserves a deep refurbishment, it has such a good potential!

Location of the house unbeatable.
Very nice roof terrace en suite to master bedroom, which is really cool. Lots of privacy.
Ocean View.
Very good Restaurant next door.
Furniture is a bit shabby. Probably due to the humid air.
Rusty mirror in the bath. Toilet seat doesnt look well. Shower head was kind of greassy. We didnt wanna touch it...
Fridge leaves a very bad Impression.
Some pillows were really worn out.
I would recommend the owner to invest a couple of grand. Just ask for 100 Euro more per week and you can have ROI in 2 years.
That way everyone wins.

It’s a 2 min walk from the beach, incredible location; the terrace is amazing, you can enjoy the sunset while using the barbecue; and also the hosts are super nice and they will help you with whatever you need
