We love the location , the whole area is clean and the unit is well maintained.

The facilities are good. It is very convenient because there are grocery, restaurant, bar, and more at LG floor.
The shared toilet and bathroom. You must remember to lock it when you're using the toilet.

Clean, cosy, ample parking, landlord was responsive. Aircon temp was set just right. Located next to a park with eateries in the mall next door. Beds and towels all prepared for our stay although it was a last minute booking (the night before).
No rack for toiletries in the shower so will have to bend down to pick up shampoo or body soap - challenging for my 88 year old mum. Smart TV but not sure how to navigate to local channels.

Perfect home for myself. Still comfortable for big family even though its a small apartment. Clean and well maintained. Satisfied
A little confused entrance and a bit tight on runway to basement parking. Wifi a little bit slow but still working perfectly

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was ideal and the unit’s cleanliness was impressive. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the host. They went above and beyond by communicating early about room availability issues and even recommended a friend's unit, saving me the hassle of searching for a new place. To my surprise, they upgraded my room from a 5-person unit to a spacious 6-person unit without me even needing to ask. This level of attentiveness and genuine care made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this property for its top-notch service and thoughtful approach to guest satisfaction.

Clean and new; good location in Tropicana area. Close to amenities which is very convenient.

The location is near to good eatery. Underneath have the famous beard brother. The facilities are almost complete. Have water heater, washer dryer, microwave, hair dryer, etc. The lift is fast. The parking is free, dedicated, and easy access.
To provide plastic cups and plates would be better. I am so afraid my kids will break the glass. To provide a kitchen towel/tissue would be better.
