Great location, very close to Piazza Maggiore and the centre of Bologna. Although a very lively area, the accommodation is in a quiet side street, so very peaceful.

Spacious studio apartment with everything you need. A large shower with great water pressure. The manager is very accessible and responsive. He even has a list of recommended restaurants to assist you. It’s in a great location within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and cafes.
Maybe a couple more pillows and towels or even a spare blanket or throw would make the stay even better.

I liked the size of the room, it had everything you needed. It had 3 air conditioning machines (2 in the main room + 1 in the bathroom).
The location was exceptional - close to restaurants and the centre.
The place was clean and modern - it was an excellent choice.

The location is excellent! Really it is close to everything!
We were 4 guests and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was also in very bad shape, torn. The mattress was awful, it was impossible to sleep there. There’s not enough space for clothes. The apartment is very dark because it’s on a ground floor and the view is the garage. The furniture needs to be updated, it looked dirty.
The apartment is ok but it really needs a hand!
