I love such places with history - the front front side of the building (not where rooms are) is from 19th century I guess. We've got a big room with a nice balcony. Sheets and towels super clean, same with bathroom. Typical german breakfast, but tasty - eggs, coffee, sandwiches, yoghurt, some sort of cake.
The whole style is altmodisch, but for me its about warmth and coziness.
Shower door... Very strange decision from last century. Doesn't close correctly, takes too mach space in the shower... Guys please make a renovation of this important thing.
Less hot water in the evening because of autonomous heating system, but still ok for me.

A lovely welcome from host. Very comfortable room, clean and spacious. Very quiet hotel in beautiful surroundings. Excellent breakfast.
Room was on 2nd floor..many steps to climb!! (Considering we both have disability problems)
Restaurant closed when we arrived at 8:30pm. and nowhere near to eat. .so no food that night!

Incredibly clean, great location and very friendly staff. Great terrace and large comfy rooms.
It was a bit dated with some broken areas (tiles etc) but we loved it for its charm and the location right opposite the waterfalls was fantastic!
