It was an outstanding place to stay in London. It was perfect for our needs: the beds are comfortable, there's enough space for a group of 5 in the living room, the flat was clean, and the location was excellent for seeing London. The place couldn’t have been more central- right in the heart of Covent Garden. Huge thanks to Dirk for making our trip perfect and being 24/7 available for anything we needed! Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment in the best possible spot when you want to stay in the very heart of the theatre world. Beautiful design, well maintained, caring owner with team. Not a soulless standard serviced apartment but individually taken care for. Small but well equipped kitchen, good for a longer stay, showers could get more pressure but I guess that’s due to the location. Downstairs is everything you can wish when you are on a short trip to London… Will definitely return

Communication was great! Location is fantastic, London as its best. Willingness to host at highest levels. One bedroom with single beds is ideal for kids, Master bedroom super King Size bed which is rare. Check out was very good as they kept our bags until later without charging.

What a great place to spend time in London .The first thing that strikes you about the flat is the fantastic location, just off Leicester Square, moments from Covent Garden as well as Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. The decor is carefully chose, very professional organised and managed, immaculate clean. My wife struggled with the shower the first morning but within very short notice we received a quick visit to get the fittings explained. The private owner made us feel very homey - I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Location was great. close to theaters and cool bars. easy access to Tube and Bus. Elevator up to level 3 for our unit so easy with luggage. coffee makers and kettle very nice to have. Let us check in early and late so helped with storing luggage.

no closet in 3rd BR. We could have used more towels for a full week stay but could not be there to meet person to drop them off so washed the ones we had. not that big a deal. shower in hall bath is very small. (about 1/2 m Sq.) I used but my wife and daughters would not even try.

The flat had a great location. keys were given over well by the hosts representative.

The Flat was falling apart literally, There were uncovered electrical sockets at bead heaoards, broken furniture, mystery marks on walls, some windows were glued shut, the firdge was not able to get down to a safe temperature, One of the listed bedrooms does not have its own ventilation, therefore, cannot be legally classed or rented as a bedroom. The family moved within 24 hours of arrival as more and more problems become clear, and the hosts were unable to meet with us or put anything right. Dealing with the hosts to request a refund was troublesome. arbitration on Booking.com resulted in an offer of less than the security deposit. the arbitation process on Paypal resulted in a full refund of the security deposit and majority refund of booking cost.

location location location! this apartment is perfectly situated for a family coming to tour London. The owner and all staff we came in contact with were super nice and friendly. The owner always responded within minutes and was always available and helpful.
