Apartment is as new, everything renovated, fully equipped on perfect location in the center of Novi Vinodolski. Everything was spotless clean and we specially liked the common room and terace with grill and lots of toys, books and board games.

No designated parking space but owners arranged the pass for a "blue zone" public parking spaces in the town and marina.

It was very nice stay in Villa Nina. Large and spacious rooms, big balcony and special place for children. Just few minutes from the city center and the nearest beach. Very good communication with owner/s. Perfectly equipedd. We want to visit again when possible. Thank you!

Everything was perfect

The apartment is really nice and clean, everything is brand new. It has an AC and a TV, lot of german channels and the local tv has a lot of programs and series in english. The kitchen is amazing, you have a stove, huge fridge, coffee machine, sandwich maker, water boiler, plates and everything you would ever need on a holiday. The bed is clean and really comfy. The apartment is in the middle of the town center, literally 1 minute from the main street where all the great restaurants, shops, and parking spots are. The sea is also just a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

If there is one thing that might be a little annoying is that the floor is not that stable throughout the building, so you can hear the footsteps of your neighbors.

Apartment is very comfortable, newly designed. Located in the old town, close to the restaurants and sea. Everything looks the same as on the picuters. Kitchen is fully equiped so if you wish you could cook and bake whatever you want. AC works perfeclty fine. There is a nice balcony with comfortable furnitures to relax. In the villa there is also family room, with lots of toys and an access to patio. We have spent great week here.
