Best place to stay in Bicol. I feel at home and all staff are very accommodating and helpful all the time. ❤️

We love the food (breakfast) it's really delicious.
Please clean the room especially under the bed thoroughly. The water from the bowl faucet smells bad.

The room and public area were quite clean, just the bathroom needed better cleaning. The location is good.
The facility has no parking neither elevator. The restaurant need better supervision from management. Dinner rice has finished they had to buy ready rice from other place. Cesar salad and fried Bangus not available. Breakfast no chicken at all only pork!?! Having no rooms of the class we booked on lower floors we have been accommodated on 4th floor. Without elevator and due to narrow stairs was very challenging to reach our room carrying the luggage. The value of money do not correspond to the services the venue is offering. Hope this notes will help the supervisors and the services will improve, anyway not for us as we will not repeat this venue again.
