The location was good, easy to access public transport.

Could have done with the instructions for central heating ,the fire and tv. The lounge got very cold in the evenings, throws would have been really useful.

Wonderful historic property which fits well with the overall feeling of Durham City. Fantastic location and easy waking distance to down town.

Beds were a little soft for us.

The shower is a bit cold, not hot enough. Maybe the weather is extremely cold

Location, plenty of parking space.

Faulty mattress in the back bedroom, uncomfortable and gives no support. No response when reported
