Our host and the room were EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10 experience—this place is legitimate. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the space every day and how accommodating our host was to our schedule. She helped us set up a ride to and from the airport to the hotel, transportation throughout our stay, and even with suggestions for our trip. She was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. It was lovely, we felt well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

Honestly nothing... The only thing would be to keep in mind that the balcony faces the east, so there is a great sunrise view! If you are wishing to see the sunset, you will have to walk a few blocks up, but that is a small "price" to pay considering the quality of this hotel and our host, and the location being central to everything.

It’s a quiet, secluded spot with a beautiful view of the sea. We especially enjoyed our stay due to it falling on Eastern weekend and all the festivities coinciding our time here in Santorini. The jacuzzi bath is a nice addition.

Beautiful room very cozy and nice decoration. Really clean and with all facilities we may need. The terrace is also amazing. We were very comfortable. Mirto is the best host we ever had, always checking if everything was ok and if we needed something, either for the room or for our stay to be better. The room is 10 or less minutes walking from the city centre. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, 7 minutes walk from the main town center! The views over the hillside were incredible and the accommodation was comfortable and clean! The host was so welcoming and helpful, she even helped me organise an ATV to be at the accommodation for when I arrived. Would recommend for a short visit to Santorini. I stayed on my own for two nights and it was the perfect little spot.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but honestly no other issues!

The host is really nice, she gave us very useful advices for the trip and offered us some tasty homemade cakes. An enjoyable stay in Santorini!

Mirto was an excellent host. She helped us with our transfers form the airport and to the ferry terminal which meant we were always on time for our next stage of our journey. The property has a great balcony to watch the sunrise from. It’s really close to the centre so it’s a great location to explore Santorini from without paying the “Santorini” price tag. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and cups and plates, so you can enjoy some homemade breakfast in the room or on the balcony before heading out to explore the island.

The apartment is exactly what you expect. Is really near to the town, has amazing views and the girl in charge (Mirto) is very kind and attends you at any time. I would come back for sure!

Host arranged a shuttle from the ferry to the apartment. Beyond friendly and helpful/accommodating host; she was amazing! Close to city center but tucked in a quiet street.

No laundry facilities nearby; a little smaller than it appeared in the photos.

i loved how close to everything it was.. a short hike to the three bells of Fira where we caught a beautiful sunset also how perfect the view was to watch the sunrise! the host was very nice and sweet!

1.) There are 3 appartments and we had the one where directly in front of the balcony a big electrician mast is what distroyed the normally nice Sunrise. It was not on any picture! 2. The floor was dirty when we arrived (Black socks:))

The host, Mirto, went above and beyond for us. Personally, I did not enjoy the small bathroom or the view. However, I rated this accommodation higher than I normally would have due to Mirto's great service and kindness!

The studio is very comfortable, clean and has a cozy feeling to it. The neighbourhood is also good - 8 minutes or so from the caldera view. We loved the balcony, big and spacious, with a nice view to have the coffee in the morning. The host is a very nice and friendly person, she even brought us cookies one day!

Not really an issue, but the bathroom is a little small. Also, I would have loved a little more stuff in the kitchen area.
