Location

Needs updating. Outside area could be so much better. Currently old furniture, needs attention to the grass and could benefit from a BBQ and a clothes airer. Pillows were far too hard.

Amazing location - right on the waterfront, but still with the peacefulness as there is a lovely private garden between the apartment and the promenade. The apartment itself was very spacious, with big living area, kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Convenient (paid) parking at the top of the stairs, otherwise free parking only 15min walk away at Spiaggia dei Sassi.

The location of this apartment is one of the best in Porto Rotondo. It is right on the Marina but feels like its own little sanctuary as it has a charming garden and lovely outdoor area to relax in. We have stayed in several places in the town so we know how difficult it is to find the balance between peace and location. The owner hadn't been able to visit the apartment this year but he ensured that his agent prepared the place for us at very short notice and she was there to meet us on arrival. There were a couple of issues to sort out during our stay but between the owner and his contacts everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and perfect for a family of 4 - the aircon in each room was very appreciated as we had a period of hot weather. The kitchen is small and not ultra modern but it has a dishwasher and is all we needed to prepare our meals. The washing machine was very useful as we were there for 2 weeks and we could dry everything on the rack outside.

Honestly I can't fault this place as we had everything we needed at a really good price and the owner was so kind and helpful.

Everything here is perfect! Apartment is very stylish, fresh, clean and really pleasant to spend time in. There is much space inside, your own garden where you can have dinner with candles and wine, very comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms, good air conditioning... everything you need, from books to read to washing machine )) The location doesn't need any comments — it's just in the centre of Porto Rotondo Promenade! So you see the boats and the sea through the trees in your garden. 15 meters from the sea, just 2 minutes walk from St.Marco plaza (the heart of Porto Rotondo with nice restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries), 7 minutes walk from Yacht Club, 2 km from the sweetest and cleanest beach in Porto Rotondo (Ira Beach) and 5 km from the longest beach (Marinella), 4-5 km from the best night club in Porto Rotondo (Country Club), 30 mins driving from Porto Cervo. Small and clever dogs (as ours) are welcome. There is comfortable parking just near apartments. If we are in Sardinia — for sure we'll stay only in this residence

The big disadvantage is that you don't want to leave — the only thing you really want is to bye this apartment and stay there forever)))
