I recently stayed at Ruwi Hotel Apartment in Sharjah, and it was the best experience I’ve had in the city. The hotel has great amenities, spacious and clean rooms, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Sharjah.
A big thanks to the management and staff for making my stay so comfortable. Also, thanks to Booking.com for making it easy to book this wonderful stay.
I’ll definitely recommend Ruwi Hotel Apartment to my friends and family.

Staff was very cooperative. I left my phone in the room and later got call from the property to collect it back. Very honest and gentle staff.

They couldn't change bed sheet for 2 days after asking them to change it the staff almost wanna fight me

bed is very very old in toiled water is very slow in bedroom light no light I informed to receptionist please change my room but they don’t mind that receptionist behavior and attitudes very bad they thinking I staying free of coast (day time 2 receptionist male and female very bad ) housekeeping staff good

The staff is Ruwi is great. The place is filled with extremely generous and kind people. Also, it's really close to some good restaurants and supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay.

Munir is very kind to help us
There no bathtubs and no towels no drink water no coffee it's very bad and shower hitter not working it's still cold water for a night it's fine

Overall it was great stay... Good location very near to rolla mall .. Staff was very friendly... Room was very spacious and clean..

It’s a value for money
Some staffs at the desk are uninformed and don’t know how to handle guests... when we talk to them some says something, after their shift someone else comes and they says it’s not like that and all and entirely confusing and a pretty bad thing

I did not like anything about the property!
Welcomed by Cockroaches and it was everywhere in the apartment! The receptionist was good helped with whatever he could..the towel had black stains and the shower faucet was broken.
