Las camadas son cómodas y la ubicación, muy cerca del centro, las recomendaciones del anfitrión para almorzar y visitar sitios de la ciudad.

El parking es muy dificil en esta zona al ser centrica. El cuidado de las habitaciones y la limpieza de la casa es muy mejorable. La cocina y el cuarto de baño necesitaba una limpieza más profunda, sobretodo en la ducha, que tenía manchas de humedad. Si se mejorasen estos aspectos, sería un buen alojamiento.

Cleanliness of the room was poor. Property need some cosmetic renovations. Balcony door and windows needs to be replaced as they are holey.

Well located, excellent communication with hosts

The location is great, the flat looks exactly as it is shown on Booking.com. The staff is very friendly, kind and always there when needed. The communication was perfect and the daily tips on what to see and where to go provided by the host were very helpful. The television worked properly.

We spent two nights in the apartment, and we were three of us. It was advertised that the maximum capacity of the apartment was 5, and originally, we wanted to stay 4 on the second night, but we realized that it was not possible, as the double bed was only 150 cm wide, and the sofa was very small even to sit for three people, sleeping on it was out of the question. The sofa and the armchairs were stained, also the pillows. The apartment is on the first floor on a very busy street, and as it is an old building, there is no soundproof at all, so it is very noisy. One of the bedroom's window opens to the laundry, no direct light from the streets or the courtyard. It was very depressing. The kitchen was not equipped with almost anything, no coffee machine, no sugar, no kettle even, and the kitchen also opened to the laundry. There was mould in the shower, we did not feel that the apartment was cleaned properly. The whole place was in a quite shabby shape.
