It’s proximity to local attractions, the facilities to self cater and the generous breakfast supply. Also the host, Reta, was very accommodating.

No dishwasher

This was an excellent stay. The apartment was spacious, and comfortable with a full kitchen, plus a big wrap around balcony which was great. Close to tons of restaurants and shops, and about 20 minute walk to Sygtagma Square. Parking was a bonus! Easy drive to the ancient sites near Nafplio and the beaches. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions.

This property was a 20 out of 10! It had everything and even more. It is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor and there is a lift for the building. It has a large wraparound balcony, a huge kitchen containing all the appliances and utensils you can think of and a large washing machine and full size fridge. Complimentary bottle of wine was there upon our arrival. Wi-Fi signal good. Complimentary continental breakfast included. Parking was a dedicated single off street spot. Location is approx. 1.5k level easy walk to the town centre and waterfront. The apartment had two split system air conditioning units (one in the main room and one in the bedroom). Host was experienced and professional. Whilst never actually meeting the owner/host, a day or so before arrival she sent a video clip explaining which block the apartment was located in, where to park, where to locate and operate the key lock and confirming which level and which door was the apartment. She was always contactable via “WhatsApp” for questions.

The unit is really cozy, clean and comfortable. You can tell the stories and history from inside decoration. Lovely place. All utilities and utensils are fully equipped and host is very responsive. You do need a car to go to the famous points but there is parking in the unit.

very nice apartment and a very nice landlady : easy to pickup keys and to leave after the stay. All commodities available, a lot of space and modern. We were 3 (2 adults and 1 child) : place perfect for us. Lots of stuff available for breakfast (including coffee and tea)

nothing : not too far from the beaches and center of town, easy to go there with a 10-15min walk so very good place to stay !

It was spacious with generous outdoor space, conveniently located and well equipped.

The only complaint is that the downstairs door sometimes provided a challenge because it would stick. I learned to kick it a little bit.

The apartment is amazing ( very comfy bed, excellent shower,...), it has everything you need (all kitchen utilities, car parking spot, ...). The host is very friendly and helpful. Reaching the city center is possible by foot (comfy distance ~20min) and there are many restaurants and shopping markets close by. Highly recommended location.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and a complete and fully equipped home from home. There was a nice variety of breakfast items at the property and more than enough for my stay. There is also a wide variety of local shops and supermarkets for anything additional that you could want. Local tavernas and restaurants offered very good value and the centre of town is also in walking distance for an evening spent watching the sun go down over the harbour. Dedicated off road car parking at the property made parking the car very easy.
