Location..room size is big

Hygiene and cleaning more required..food serve is very limited.staff should be more cooperative

I would rate my stay as average. Only location and good parking space was the plus point.

Only location was good and nothing else is upto the mark. They clearly don't know what hospitality means. Their staff do not have any willingness to work. Hotel management seems to be busy only in marketing and do have any focus on training their staffs.

Staff's attitude Hospitality The property is not maintained at all. Mattresses were lying in the corridor. Lights were turned off in the evening.

Very good

Excellent location, huge parking space, multiple indoor game options, helpful stuffs. Complimentary breakfast was of very good quality, variety is also upto yhe mark. Rooms are pretty big.

Probably the options available for lunch and dinner is not huge and can be improved

The location is very convinient and the valley view from the rooms is awesome.

Very good

Hotel was at nice location and we enjoyed staying in the resort and also children enjoyed playing T.T and badminton. View was excellent from the rooms. Food was good and tasty. Service was good too. Also, Thanks for the bonfire & music party organised by the management.

Awesum

I visited resort recently with my family..the entire staff was so cooperative and helpful...my trip was completely unplanned but the head personnel help us to plan it in such a wonderful way that it become the most memorable one...they tried to help us in each and every possible manner...thanku so much for everything....one more thing view from room's balcony was mesmerizing...my daughter was so happy with the location and entire view around the resort
