The amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was also in a quiet neighbourhood that is a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The young guy who worked during breakfast was super friend and hardworking.

The light switches were confusing to use. Most of the switch didn't turn on any lights. Some of the lamps were placed in areas nowhere near any electrical sockets, which made them unusable. We also had a problem with the light that fused in the bathroom during our trip. We informed the hotel reception about it twice, but no action was taken. This resulted in my family having to shower in the dark, using our mobile phones as flash lights.

Had to go to another property, a sister hotel which was easy to find.

The concierge of the was unhelpful, no directions about where or how to get into the property, which floor etc.

Clean and beautifully built. Close to the train station and all big locations. Good facilities. Owner was helpful and let us store our luggage before the check in time.

We had to go to a different site to get the keys. A key locker with pin code maybe? The train track runs right behind the Apartment. It got a bit noisy during night time. Weather was hot so we had to keep the windows open as there were no fans in the rooms.

Everything. Clean, big and spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Highly recommended. Close to train station.

Beautiful light apartment with large windows and wonderful views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and in a great location. We have stayed in many parts of Zermatt and overall liked this location best. 5 minutes walk from the station, same from apartment to the Goernergrat train and Sunnega lift close by as are the supermarkets and shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and gorgeous living and dining areas. Terrace with Matterhorn view.

Tiny thing but at this price have washing up liquid and such basics would be much appreciated. No guidance on disposing of the rubbish (knowing that the bags need stickers which were not provided). Would be good to have housekeeping come in once or twice per week to empty the kitchen bins. Recycling of bottles and cardboard easy as containers nearby. Breakfast is available at the Walliserhof hotel but we did not find it that exciting so preferred to prepare our own in the apartment and enjoy a relaxing start to the morning and the wonderful dining area.

The property was perfect! Excellent location, spacious and fully equipped. Having breakfast included was an added bonus. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Wifi is pretty terrible / non-existent!
