Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Gäste. Er half freundlcih beim Ankommen und ich konnte meine Sachen auch noch den Tag über stehen lassen am Abreisetag. Das Frühstück ( Kontinental) war recht gut. .K. Der Zimmerservice war prima, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag mit neuen Handtüchern versorgt. Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Die Einrichtung ist altmodisch und nicht sehr schön. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster Souterain zur Terasse, sodass man auf die Füsse der evtl. Gäste sehen würde. Es war allerdings nie jemand in Sicht, vermutlich wegen des schlechten Wetters. Ich habe allerdings auch sehr spät gebucht und war froh noch etwas zu bekommen. Vermutlich gibt es im Haus bessere Zimmer. Meines war weit oben und es gibt keinen Aufzug, sodass man ganz schön schleppen muss.

Hotel Manager Sergio is extremely helpful and kind. I would rate 5 star to this property only because of him.

The location is great. Price is far below average for the location.

There is usually nobody at the reception. We were literally cheated with the Bodensee card, which was advertised as it is included into the hotel price, but on checkout we were charged extra 72 euros for it. If we were aware about the price, we will never take it: it's discounts allowed us to save 15 euros while we paid 72. I believe such things should be clearly communicated. This card is probably fine when there is no 9-Euro ticket, but not in our situation. Unfortunately I wasn't there at the checkout, to tell them everything I think about that. The hotel is old, walls are very thin. The pillows are also not the best. There is a restaurant or cafe under the windows and usually it was loud until late night.

The bedroom in the roof was far too hot.
