The host Elisabetta message with clear instructions on where the key would be located followed by a WhatsApp message including pictures.
There was nothing that I didn't like about our stay, it was perfect and we are looking forward to returning again.

The location of the property was perfect, we had a lovely walk into Malcesine by the Lake.
The communication prior to travelling and whilst staying at the property with Elisabetta was outstanding, she could not do enough for us and I felt she was always on hand if we needed anything.
There was nothing that I didn't like about the property.

The hosts were fantastic, the villa was spacious and clean. Fantastic views. 10-12minute walk into Malcesine centre. Lots of great facilities.
