the staff went out of their way to help the location, looking out on to the town was great . the garden was well kept
the rooms were a bit dated and not modern. the pictures give a wrong impression . Wi-Fi is also old and has problems with connectivity

There is hot water, which is not a given in Uganda.
The stay is not worth the money. The hotel seems a bit outdated and offers little comfort. The staff are lovely, but are not service-oriented at all. You have to ask for everything yourself. The food was not good, I even got food poisoning. Luckily we were only there for one night.... Would definitely not recommend this place.

The staff, Isaac, was really friendly and a good host. Was up earlier than usual to prepare breakfast as I had an early day.
Rooms were clean and the hot water is a godsend in Kabale, given the temperatures.
The view was divine, especially recommended start your day with at dawn.
There was no wi-fi.

I like the staff members. They answered all my needs.

Bedroom was great large and firm mattress.
Staff very attentive and cheerful. Meals were good.
Shower lacked power. Could do with a non slip mat as even with slippers was quite slippery.
A intercom phone to Reception and kitchen would be very useful.
Could do with more kitchen staff as the order took a while
