Location was perfect. Kitchen was amazing and high ceilings with a lot of light.

Lack of Sound insulation - everything you did on one level echoed on the other. Some basic requirements that are often available at rentals such as salt,paper towels were missing

The apartment was well presented and very homely. Location was in walking distance to Waterfront, City Centre. It had everything you needed. A home away from your own home. We loved it and we will be back.

Property is ideally due for regular deep cleans outside of general clean after guest stay as there are many reminders of previous ppl staying, oiley remotes, fingerprints all over cabinets and doors etc

I liked that it wasnt far from the beach front. I liked the size of the place. We enjoyed the balcony and airconditioners.

The reason why we opted to go with this venue is that the reviews were saying how clean the place was. We went with our twin girls who are crawling. Unfortuntely, our girls picked up so much dirt off the floor with their clothes, it was actually quite disgusting. The kitchen was not clean to my standards, some spills were visible. The entire place has hard flooring, so not safe for small kids. The staircase is also not safe for kids. They were not able to provide cot beds for our babies which is unfortunate providing that they have so much storage to keep a couple of porta cots for those who need it. Not a kid friendly place, but if you were to go with adults, this place would be fantastic. The TV is old, please upgrade to a smart TV and make Wifi password easily accesable to guests. We just ended up using our mobile data.

They sent me the wrong information of accommodation and key collection locations, so I wasted lots of time on looking for correct addresses.

we had people break in to the house and had to chase them out they had our bags 5 minutes after checking in not sure if has happened before seemed targeted at the house

Polished concrete floors are cold! Great in summer but when it’s 10 degrees outside…More seating required in living area.
