The balcony furniture wasn’t maintained and it wasn’t a pleasant to hang out. The view at the balcony was awesome.
It needed more attention to details. Need an improvement and really it needs tlc.

The location was excellent.
Room 401. Bed comfortable. Toiletries available. Very quiet away from the music at the hotel and the nearby one. Bar (pool tables) was good with all hotel staff very polite/friendly.
Breakfast, the way they served up coffee etc. Probably better don't have a breakfast and pay for at another hotel. Hotel WiFi in room 401 was nearly non existence, prehaps due to the hotel is made out of concrete/ steel. RF does not go these walls. Solution would be have an antenna inside the room. Shower walls need to be cleaned.
