Ideally situated, within walking distance of most things
The only downside was that on first entering the bedrooms the carpets were very dirty and stained. Also the bathroom with the bath didn’t get hot water to actually run a bath.

Bathroom sinks were clogged

It was spacious and location was excellent. The family area was great for us all getting together at night.
There wasn’t enough comfortable seats for us all to sit without being in top of each other and the sofa bed, given we had to pay extra for was unfortunately very uncomfortable. Also a coffee machine would have been a perfect addition

The house itself is very nice and spacious.
BAD, BAD, BAD. as other reviews mention: if you book for 5 people and pay the extra person fee... you're in for a surprise. You get two double beds with full linens, but the fifth person gets a sofa bed with zero pillows and zero blankets. They didn't even provide towels for the fifth guest—only for four. I honestly don't understand why they charge for an extra person when they provide absolutely nothing for them.
