This beautiful house is located in the city center and has been carefully restored with great attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the eclectic design with authentic elements and the writers corner. The welcome treat was amazing, and the host is a delightful person.
There were minor issues with electricity.

This is an amazing property. A real gem. The apartment is decorated with love and care and not a single detail is overlooked. It is just simply fantastic and a real home away from home. The kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom are all pieces of art. Marina, the owner, is very helpful and it was a pleasure meeting her.
A must to stay when you are in Gyumri.
There is nothing I can think of that could be improved.
