Peaceful penthouse with beautiful ocean views
Casa Consuela è un bellissimo attico 1 camera da letto situata nelle intime estate Breezes condomini. Siamo una breve passeggiata o in auto alle spiagge, supermercati e ristoranti. Abbastanza vicino per ottenere la vera atmosfera di San Miguel, ma abbastanza lontano per evitare il rumore e traffico. Il nostro condominio ha tre balconi, una grande terrazza anteriore e c'è un ponte sul tetto molto grande con grill barbque per gli ospiti. Ci possono essere altre proprietà che è un tasso inferiore offrono, ma che hanno una vista sull'oceano? Ora, non è che il motivo per cui si va a un'isola!

No ocean views from the unit itself, but this was a very livable place for my stay. Connie and Jorge (local caretaker) were very responsive on communication and recommending restaurants and places to go.

We rented a scooter to get around the island which really helped because the beaches were mostly not within walking distance. The really nice beaches were clear across the island and on the windward side. There were a few free snorkeling beaches on our side of the island but having a scooter to get to them was almost a necessity since taxis were pretty expensive. The water is beautiful and diving and snorkeling is incredible!

This apartment was a great base from which to explore Cozumel. You have a secure locked courtyard with a small pool for relaxing, and the apartment has 2 heat pumps to make life comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and there are larger grocery stores as well as several authentic Mexican restaurants a short walk away. Communication with the owner and caretaker was excellent. Great value!

The apartment itself was nice and met our expectations.
Our stay and the rating was unfortunately negatively influenced by the many dogs adjacent to the apt and in the immediate area. They started barking pretty much first thing in the AM and barked throughout the day and sometimes at night. VERY INTRUSIVE! Our preference is to avoid using the AC as much as possible and have open windows for the lovely Coz breezes. We did that and put up with the noise. We will not stay again at this apt.
