Villa arretrata rispetto alla Corniche Kennedy, interamente rinnovata dall'architetto nel 2015, con magnifica vista sul mare.
Grandi volumi, molto luminosi, posti a 50m dal grande blu (accesso diretto tramite scala sulla sporgenza), si affaccia su un piccolo giardino di terrazze dove un piccolo orto ... e 3 tartarughe. Terrazza esposta a sud con vista sul grande azzurro, ombreggiata da un platano centenario.
Un ampio soggiorno (47m2), una cucina aperta, un tetto in vetro e un bagno (doccia + WC) compongono il piano terra. C'è un secondo soggiorno, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, un bagno (doppia doccia + vasca) e un WC al primo piano. Al secondo e ultimo piano c'è una grande camera da letto (25m2) con un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e un bagno (doccia + WC).
I 2 soggiorni hanno una magnifica vista sul mare: quello al piano terra dà accesso ad una grande terrazza ombreggiata, quello al primo piano dà accesso ad un piccolo balcone esposto a sud.
Non è una seconda casa, ma la residenza principale di un amante dell'architettura, stupita ogni giorno dalla vista sulla baia di Marsiglia.
La spiaggia del Profeta è a 8 minuti a piedi. Malmousque è 5 minuti a piedi.

The house is located in a great location with easy access to the beach as well as the center of the city. The house is very charming and provides a fantastic view on the sea.

Beautiful house in Marseille
We had an excellent stay at Michel's house. The house itself is comfortable, beautiful and well appointed. We particularly appreciated Michel's thoughtful recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Marseille. We only wish we had more time!

Havre de paix au cœur de Marseille. Jardin croquignolesque aux multiples parfums. Superbe vue. Interieur au style épuré. Apaisant.

We travelled in April for one week with our 1-year-old child.
We found the house very well located. There are a few convenience stores 5min walk away from it, including a bakery, a fruits and veg shop, a pharmacy and a butcher. The house comes with a very convenient parking spot, and has a beautiful orchard garden. The views are absolutely stunning, it feels like a little paradise in the middle of the city. There was all the equipment we needed for our stay.
The house is not the most childproof if your child is just walking, but this wasn’t a problem for us. We also found the house a bit chilly as it’s exposed to the wind and we were unlucky to have pretty bad weather during our stay - again, this may not apply to you if you’re travelling in sunnier times.
Michel was very responsive and very easy to coordinate with. He sent us a lovely email with a lot of very useful information in it - such as restaurants (sadly not open because of lockdown) or things to do.
Overall we were very happy with our stay, and would book again if we were to come back.

Séjour à Marseille
Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété à deux pas de la corniche. C'est une belle maison complètement rénovée (et avec gout).
Le rez-de chaussée comporte une grande pièce à vivre en style loft avec la cuisine et salle à manger en « open space » et une belle terrasse pour déjeuner à 6 personnes par beau temps.
Le premier étage comporte un espace bureau (avec un petit balcon) et la chambre à coucher parentale avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche à l’italienne.
Finalement, le second a un grand lit, un canapé-lit et sa salle d’eau.
Michel, nous a ouvert sa demeure principale pour notre bref séjour à Marseille avec grande amabilité. Tout y est (sauf pour une télé).
Malgré sa proximité à la corniche, la maison procure beaucoup de calme et repos garantie.
