Questa bella, pulita e convenientemente situata su AMI è una nuova lista di affitti completa di arredi freschi e tocchi piacevoli e casalinghi. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal negozio di alimentari. Goditi l'alba del mattino dal lanai che si affaccia sul canale navigabile intercoastal e sul ponte Manatee. Il carrello AMI gratuito si ferma proprio di fronte per un'esplorazione dell'isola senza problemi! Divertiti in spiaggia con musica dal vivo ogni sera. La cucina è ben fornita di pentole, utensili, ecc. Per i pasti a casa. Comodi letti (1 letto king size e 1 letto queen size) più un divano letto queen size garantiscono un sonno riposante in questa unità all'ultimo piano. La nostra bellissima unità offre aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto, 2 TV, bagno privato, W&D, Internet ad alta velocità e Bluetooth per la tua musica preferita. La proprietà ha un anno riscaldato intorno alla piscina all'aperto e incantevoli campi da tennis. Tutta la biancheria e teli mare forniti. Che cosa state aspettando? Siamo spiacenti, non sono ammessi animali e è richiesto un soggiorno minimo di 10 giorni.

Gorgeous views of the intracoastal, ver clean, well-equipped kitchen and near grocery and convenience stores. Great hosts and will definitely visit again! 🌅

Easy in & out. Trolley out the back door to any where on AMI. Grocery store across the street plus eating places and shopping. The condo was all that was advertised.

Went to Anna Maria Island for the first time with spouse and kids. The place has enough room for all of us to stay comfortable, very clean, and has everything you could ever need on a vacation. Location was great and lots of close by stores for shopping. Has 2 pools, one was being repaired at the time, but the other was great. And the price was competitive to the other properties in the area.
Also Sonya, the property manager, is very helpful, friendly, and there if you need her or have any questions.
We loved it and definitely going back.

What a great place :-)
Went to Anna Maria Island for the first time with spouse and kids. The place has enough room for all of us to stay comfortable, very clean, and has everything you could ever need on a vacation. Location was great and lots of close by stores for shopping. Has 2 pools, one was being repaired at the time, but the other was great. And the price was competitive to the other properties in the area.

Perfect location and super nice apartment
Location could not be better, 3 min walking distance to the beach, grocery store is across the building. Plenty of restaurants around, if you want to explore the island , there is free trolley driving every 20 mins. Everything was so convenient , you don’t need a car! Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, beds are comfortable. Very well equipped . Host couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay
Sonya was an excellent host, quick to respond and with plenty of recommendations for things to do on Anna Maria Island. The check-in process was straightforward and her home is immaculately clean. You can tell this isn't just a rental unit but a place she and her family enjoy for themselves. Easy five minute walk to the beach past a small shopping center where you can pick up anything you might have forgotten for your vacation. The white sands of the beach keep it cool all day. Turn left when you arrive at the water to stay further away from the area with the public parking lot. We had plenty of space to spread out on the sand. The water is a beautiful color, we met a manatee on one of our swims and the sunsets are gorgeous.

Lovely Condo and Wonderful Stay
The condo is so well positioned just a few blocks from some of the finest beaches Anna Maria has to offer. Local shopping is just across the road and literally on your doorstep.
A very spacious condo with wonderful views into the inland waterway and Manatee bridge. Plenty of utensils and a real home from home feeling. The place was spotless and the swimming pools very well maintained. The whole place had a real local Florida feel to it.
The landscaping and grounds are so well looked after and parking made easy. There is also a very useful external lift.
The 'FREE' Trolley also stops right outside :)
Sonia was extremely helpful and very attentive. We have been taking vacations in this area for the past 30 years and this condo is one of the best we have stayed in for some time.
We will be back and will have no hesitation in recommending this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
