The staff are well trained and go out of their way to help. They speak excellent English and make you feel like the favourite child of the family.

What a location. What a hotel. What great rooms. What good taiwanese breakfast and dinner. We can only recommend to stay there. Great souvenirs to buy. Nice firefly tour at night with the owners dad
