Awesome location on the Mall road and fabulous view of the lake from your room window. Running hot water in washroom
Spacious family room with wooden roof and two double beds was perfect for our family
Excellent room service by Rawat ji
The electrical sockets of the room, the plugs, the heat blower provided were rickety and need replacement.
The crockery ( melmoware/ plastic plates) also need replacement.
A carpet in the room in winters is expected

Location was good. Centrally located at Mall road.
Room size was small. Exhaust in Bathroom was choked and thus ineffective. The rates were much less almost half at other sites than at booking.com. The free cancellation should be there at least few days before and for at least few hours after booking.
